Abstract: 

The paper deals with features of neogeodynamics and the morphostructural plan of territory of Ukraine, which predetermine conditions of formation of various mineral deposits in early, middle and late substages of Neotectonic stage (Late Eocene – Anthropogene). On the basis of indices of average gradients of neotectonic movements rate and thickness of the exogenically active layer it is substantiated definition of potential zones of transformation or destruction of the mineral deposits.
