Abstract: 

The approaches to research of integral potential of territory and its main components (human, production, financial, transport and land resources potentials) are considered in the paper. The methodology of evaluation of integral potential of territory is tested by the example of administrative districts of Kyiv oblast. The typology of the administrative districts is developed on the basis of combination of main components of the integral potential.
