Abstract: 

The role and meaning of the state-political function of a capital are exposed for the management-organizational development of the state. The main reasons and demonstration of the territorial distribution of the corresponding function of a capital are considered by the example of the separate group of the cities of the countries specifically selected. It’s defined the number of representations of the certain states from different countries of the world that are typical for the development of this social- geographical effect in the context of the different regions of the world .
