Abstract: 

Development of society always was situated within the sphere of geographers’ attention. At the beginning of the XXI century new problems, caused by many factors, have arisen for Ukraine. In this article is reflected the need for special attention of geographers to the issues of regionalization, different forms of territorial planning, forming of new world-view.
