Abstract: 

The research of most numeral human migrations in Ukraine, with a change of a permanent inhabitation place – internal regional migrations – is carried out. Basic directions of internal regional migratory moves and reasons of their forming are marked. The analysis of tendencies of internal regional human migrations development in Ukraine is accomplished. The peculiarities of the internal regional migratory moves in 2002–2009 are stressed. The population stability coefficients in relation to internal regional migrations of departure are calculated. The synthesis of existent statistical information on human migrations is produced by introduction of the notion of «Migratory activity of population»; the proper indexes are calculated. The regions of Ukraine are classified according to the level of development of migration processes on their territory. A perspective progress tendency of internal regional human migrations in Ukraine is marked.
