Abstract: 

The problem of the national regional ecological networks program realization is being reviewed – its second stage - working out the details and clarification of composition and borders on the large scale (previously similar developments were carried out on a small and medium scales). Methodological and methodical principles of their composition and ecological networks borders clarification have been presented based on the large-scale plans of natural resources and nature utilization and manegement as well as on geographical information system databases of the land resources management and experience gained during the second stage implementation in Odessa region.
