The features of the neo-geodynamic conditions study which influence the spatial nature organization within the orogens borders and platforms, the step by step relief and deposit formation nature has been analyzed. It has been demonstrated that throughout the Ukraine’s territory the large spatial differentiation of neo-geodynamic processes is being observed, the heterogeneous tectonic structures developing in the platform and orogenous regimes have been distinguished. The structures of platform part of Ukraine’s territory which had been forming under the influence of inherited lifting and lowering and alternating (fluctuating) earth crust movements during neotectonic stage, have been distinguished. The importance of comprehensive approach to tectonic, neotectonic, morphostructure-neotectonic analysis to substantiate the elements of substages, periods of rise or decline (relative stabilization) in neotectonic activity has been emphasized.
