Abstract:

The purpose of this publication - to discover main directions, methods and study criteria of ecological and eco-geomorphological prerequisites for emergency situations risks, taking into account regional peculiarities of Ukraine. The definitions of «geomorphological hazard”, “geodynamic hazard», «geomorphological and neogeodynamic risks» have been given. The conditions of of natural and man-made natural hazards and risks of disasters formation have been analyzed depending on limiting and destabilizing natural and natural-anthropogenic factors, differentiation and paragenesis of extreme processes, environmental stability to anthropogenic (man-made) loads, activity in space and time derivatives of natural anthropogenic processes, which combined, cause different levels of ecological and geomorphological tension. The feasibility of dividing the Ukraine territory into three categories - with high, moderate and low risk of extreme geomorphological processes manifestation has been justified which are important considerations when defining different types of area use.

Key words:
geomorphological hazard, geomorphological risk, Neo Geo dynamic risk, eco-geomorfo dynamic tension
